How can I order products/services?

What is included in the product price?

The price includes the software on CD, a printed copy of the user guide (approx. 180 pages), installation and one year of support.

What is included in the one year product support?

Support includes sending updates to you over the internet for one year. If you discover a bug in the software we will make every effort to fix the problem and send a fix within 24 hours.  During the support period you are also entitled to submit requirements for future versions of the product.

What happens after the one year support period ends?

New versions are generally shipped every 12 - 14 months. Upgrades generally cost USD$300.00 and includes one year of support.

Can you enter my menu in the POS software for me?

Yes, we can set up your database and send it to you with your installation CD. The minimum charge is USD$200.00.
